Windsor Door & September House LLC. to Partner in Orlando
Windsor Door, a national residential and commercial door manufacturer headquartered in Little Rock, Arkansas, and September House, LLC., a national internet marketer of garage doors, roll-up doors, and overhead doors, have agreed to partner and join forces in the Florida market.
As part of the partnership agreement, Windsor will transfer its Distribution Center assets in Orlando Florida to September House effective on October 8, 2010. September House will operate under the Windsor name and will remain at our current location at, 7540 Presidents Drive in Orlando. September House LLC., will be Windsor’s overhead door wholesaler in the Orlando and Florida markets.
Mr. Brad Gridley, Windsor’s President, is excited about the new relationship. “September House LLC has a very progressive business model centered on providing outstanding service to their customers. Our strength is producing a quality door at an appealing price. Together we are confident we will continue to provide excellent service and products for our customers in this market.”
Current Windsor pricing will remain in effect for thirty days and September House LLC. will confirm pricing after this date. To insure a smooth transition and continuity of service; September House intends to keep the Windsor Orlando employees. Windsor Door looks forward to providing you with an uninterrupted supply of your overhead door requirements through the September House LLC.

Orlando DC under new management.
The Orlando Branch will be under new management as from October. This means there will be some changes and we hope that all our dealer network will benefit from these changes. During the month of September Windsor Doors Direct has been asking all our dealers what they like and dislike about garage door DC centers weather it is our center or a competitor. We have asked our dealers to tell us what would make life easier and more cost effective to them. We have taken these answers and tried to implement as many as possible. We will be moving are DC location during the months of Feb and March to a newer facility so as to implement some of your more detailed requests. At this new facility there will be all of the following:
- Covered loading
A large variety of products to sell:
- Flooring
- Door screens
- Slat walls
- Garage cabinets
- Storage accessories
- Tool selection
- Custom springing
- Commercial inventory
- Operator change-out program
- Product pre-staging for rapid loading
- Showroom of Products with Business Office
These are all items or facilities that our dealer net work feel would help to add vale to our DC and improve there business. Over the next few months we will continue to contact our dealer network to make sure that we are offering exactly the product and service that they require.
